Tropicana Village Phase 2 & 3 is a 112-unit, 2 and 3 bedroom townhome community located in Aiea, Hawaii. Our little community has well-maintained grounds and a nice view of Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial and a very short drive down the hill to Pearlridge Mall. Our Phase 2 borders Pearl Country club and many of the units have a beautiful golf course view.
With the Tropicana Village 2 & 3 website, you can stay informed about community events and activities, maintenance, security and other community happenings. You also have access to our Governing Documents and Board of Director meeting minutes.
The Board of Directors does have a monthly meeting and encourages all owners to attend. The meeting is held at the Tropicana Village office, next to the playground. Meetings are scheduled in the calendar, posted on this website and notices are posted at each mailbox.
